Reviewed the data from all sources
Requested examples of transactions and invoices from 1C, API examples from Проффит, required accounts
Found out the data sources for each graph, sorted out the customer's prototypes
Created a technical task for the accountant for posting transactions on accounts, for the developer of Проффит and 1C, in order to get the missing data
Formed a single database
Created a structured database model so that it is suitable for creating Power BI reports
Implemented periodic data import to PostgreSQL
Built a dashboard with the necessary charts
Developed a Power BI report, it takes 7 pages. The reports were implemented based on prototypes. Improvements were proposed in the implementation process.
Time filtering has been set up. We collected tables and graphs with measures inside.
Made a fact plan for the employees. Negative/positive values of indicators relative to the previous period were highlighted with color indicators.

The process of describing a detailed task and data sources was not simple: we modeled the ways of data collection; in the process, not obvious accounting circumstances were revealed (both on the 1C side and on the CRM side). Together, we consistently sorted it out and continued to model.
The final product is made according to the technical specifications, we are starting to actively use it.
